What you get with an inspection

A certified inspector walks through 47 inspection points across 8 roof parts. Each point is photo-documented. The result is a report with tier rating and recommended next steps.

Execution work (repair, maintenance) then runs through affiliated roofers, so the inspection stays independent.

The 47 points

The full breakdown lives on the public norm page. Eight roof parts: roof covering, gutters and rainwater drainage, lead and zinc work, chimney, roof penetrations and ventilation, roof boarding and load structure (visible parts), roof gable and connections, environment and context.

Turnaround

On-site inspection takes between 60 and 90 minutes for a standard single-family home. The dossier and tier rating are delivered within 5 business days, with a transferable physical badge installed at a visible location on the property.
