What is RoofNorm?

Who actually does the maintenance work?
Affiliated roofers in our partner network. They are vetted, work according to The Roof Standard, and report results back to your dossier. RoofNorm guarantees the standard; the roofer guarantees the work.
How does pricing work?
Four consumer subscriptions (Standard, Pro, Premium, Totaal) and one Enterprise tier for portfolio owners. Each subscription includes a repair budget per calendar year. No subscription means a one-off inspection plus dossier.
Is this only for the Netherlands?
Initial focus is the Netherlands. Belgium-Limburg expansion is planned for 2027. The standard itself is engine-agnostic and translates: De Dak Norm, The Roof Standard, Die Dachnorm, La Norme du Toit.
